I am a results-driven individual with over 15+ years of leadership in Finance, Business Operations, and Human Resources - My experience spans multi-entity financial operations and the direction of cross-functional teams - both, remote and on-site. Locally and nationally.

Leading various acquisition & development projects - building proforma analysis, various high lending debt sourcing, $50M-$150M+ budget creation & management, performance-based forecasting, draw management, variance analysis, day-to-day OPEX & CAPX management, financial reporting packaging. Management of 260+ employees, implementing & enforcing processes - even through the most complex and shifting economic environments. Experienced with various CBAs & HUD regulations.
