I bring 15+ years of executive leadership across Finance, Business Operations, and Human Resources, with extensive experience running multi-entity financial operations and leading cross-functional teams—both remote and on-site, locally and nationally.

My work includes acquisition and development leadership; pro forma modeling; complex debt sourcing and structuring; $50M–$150M+ budget creation and oversight; forecasting, draw management, variance analysis, day-to-day OPEX and CAPEX control; and delivery of lender- and board-ready reporting. I have also overseen financial operations for national media productions and daily news broadcast stations. Managed and scaled teams of 260+ employees, installing durable processes  under volatile and shifting economic conditions. Well-versed in CBAs and HUD regulatory frameworks. I prioritize efforts in supporting nonprofit organizations—both community-based and faith-based.
